Here's the switchboard I created for people in my department who don't know how to use Access very well (even less than me). Hopefully, they will be able to open the Inception to Date database and immediately choose which report they want to print. I didn't see instructions in the text for having the switchboard run automatically when the database is opened.

Chapter 12 - Creating A Switchboard
Here's the switchboard I created for people in my department who don't know how to use Access very well (even less than me). Hopefully, they will be able to open the Inception to Date database and immediately choose which report they want to print. I didn't see instructions in the text for having the switchboard run automatically when the database is opened.

Hey Kerry, I about tore out my hair (or what's left of it) figuring out how to make my switchboard display upon opening - I searched and searched (the Microsoft website was - AS USUAL - completely useless) then I came across this website(see page 4):
The Learning Center
It worked for me, so I know you will have no trouble.
that's a drawback of this text i see. certainly a switchboard is only useful if it opens automatically.
Man, Mike! How did you find this source of info? Thanks!
